Q: How fast are engines shipped?
A: PROFormance has a large network of warehouses strategically located across the country that typically ship the same day the order is confirmed. We are able to ship to 96% of the US for delivery within two days and 85% of the country for delivery within one day.
Q: How are your remanufactured engines shipped?
A: All PROFormance remanufactured engines are shipped in durable, returnable shipping containers. The containers (we call them "engine pods") limit damage in shipping and provide an unsurpassed professional presentation for your customers. These self-contained, sealed units make returning cores easy and capture leaks from residual oil in the core. Note: all cores must be drained prior to being returned.
Q: Can I cancel the order?
A: You may cancel the order without charge at anytime prior to it shipping. Engines are generally shipped the same day that the order is confirmed, so if you do need to cancel please do so quickly. After the engine is shipped, any cancellation or return is subject to a $150 restocking fee.
Q: How are PROFormance Remanufactured Engines configured?
A: Most of our remanufactured engines are sold as long-blocks. Long block engines come with the block, heads, all internal components, oil pump, timing set, and gasket set included. We also offer the PROFormance T-Series of engines for the most popular applications. The T-Series engines include oil pans, timing covers and valve covers. The T-series helps reduce installation time and prevents contamination from reused "tin" installed without proper cleaning.
